If you are a recognized expert in one of those fields and can write for a general audience, we encourage you to send us your book proposal. Please follow the directions below when submitting your proposal to ensure that it is given our full consideration. If you’re uncertain whether your topic or book idea is appropriate for Williams Clark Publishing, you may send us a letter of inquiry. First-time authors and agents are welcomed. Your proposal must include: • A brief synopsis, preferably one or two paragraphs. • Author bio or resume. Please include publication credits, if any. • A list of media appearances, if any. • Table of contents. • Two sample chapters. • A discussion of the market or audience you envision for your book. • A list of competing or comparable books on the subject. • A brief discussion on why you think your approach to the topic is unique or different than the competition.
